Does the product contain a battery?
No. All Gleagle levitating products use wireless power transmission — electricity is transferred through the air from the base to the floating unit via electromagnetic induction. No battery inside means no shipping restrictions, no degradation over time, and no replacement needed.
Does the product need to be plugged in all the time?
Yes. The base must be connected to AC power for levitation and lighting to function. The floating unit receives power wirelessly from the base — it does not store power on its own.
Can it be powered via USB?
No. Standard USB ports output 5V, while our levitation systems require 12V input. USB power delivery is possible through a custom sink-protocol development — contact our engineering team if you need USB-C PD integration for a specific product SKU.
Do multi-color versions come with a remote control?
No remote needed. Gleagle products feature our globally exclusive contactless floating color-switch technology — simply wave your hand near the top sensor to cycle through colors without touching anything. 100 million colors at your fingertips, zero physical contact.
Can the base be made in other colors?
Yes. Standard base colors include black, white, silver, gold, rose gold, wood grain, marble, navy blue, champagne, and dark gray. Custom Pantone-matched colors are available for OEM/ODM orders. Contact us with your color requirements.

Does the product contain a magnet?
Yes, a weak permanent magnet enables levitation. It is safe for standard export — no special handling or dangerous goods declaration required.
Is the voltage compatible worldwide?
Yes. The included adapter supports 100–240V AC, covering all global voltage standards. Different countries require different plug types — select the correct one for your region.
What plug types are available?
US (Type A), EU (Type C), UK (Type G), AU (Type I), and JP (Type A) standards. Some countries have specific plug requirements — contact us to confirm before ordering.
What certifications do the products have?
CE, EMC, RoHS, LVD, REACH, FCC, ERP, and UL. All products meet international safety and electromagnetic compatibility standards.
How long is the warranty?
12 months. We replace any defective unit free of charge. Technical support is available throughout the warranty period.
Is the moon 3D printed?
Yes. The moon sphere is 3D printed using eco-degradable PLA material with NASA lunar topography data. Each moon features realistic craters and surface texture. The one-piece seamless construction eliminates visible seam lines found on multi-piece moons.
How does the contactless color switch work on the FM100?
The FM100 uses a non-contact floating switch. Tap or wave near the base to power on, off, and cycle colors — the signal travels through our proprietary wireless channel, so the floating moon needs no receiver or battery. Voice control is coming soon on this platform.
Can I replace the moon with a different size?
The FM100 comes with a standard 140mm moon. Custom sizes are available for OEM/ODM orders. The levitation system can be calibrated to accommodate different moon diameters and weights — contact our engineering team for specifications.
What dimming modes does the FM100 support?
The FM100 offers both 3-level step dimming (25% / 55% / 100%) and stepless dimming from 1% to 100%, controlled from the base. Brightness adjusts without shifting color temperature.
What is the HS code for levitating lamps?
