Wireless power transfer for levitating products has always been a one-way street. The base transmits power to the floating unit — enough to light an LED, charge a small battery, or drive a Bluetooth speaker. But there was no way for the floating unit to talk back. No data channel. No feedback loop. Every interaction — color switching, brightness adjustment, mode change — had to be triggered mechanically on the base or through an external remote control.

GLEAGLE's 2026 dual-coil architecture changes this fundamentally. By embedding two independent modulation channels onto the wireless power carrier — one amplitude-modulated (AM) and one frequency-modulated (FM) — the floating unit can now transmit data back to the base without adding any physical connection, additional radio, or separate antenna. The coil that delivers power simultaneously carries control signals in both directions.

This is not Bluetooth. Bluetooth adds latency, requires pairing, consumes power, and introduces another point of failure. The PLL communication channel operates at the same frequency as the power transfer itself — hundreds of kilohertz — with near-zero latency and no pairing step. The floating unit reports its Hall sensor telemetry, LED temperature, battery charge state, and accelerometer data to the base in real time. The base adjusts coil drive current, color profile, and wireless charging parameters based on live feedback.

Deployed across the FM100 Levitating Moon Lamp production line, the dual-coil system enables features that were previously impossible: predictive anti-drop protection (the base detects destabilization before the object falls), adaptive brightness (LED output throttles based on thermal telemetry rather than fixed timers), and zero-configuration pairing (the floating unit is recognized by the base instantly — no button press, no app).

For OEM/ODM customers integrating GLEAGLE levitation modules into custom products, the dual-coil architecture opens up entirely new product categories. Connected levitating displays that report usage analytics. Floating retail fixtures that detect customer interaction. Magnetic levitation medical equipment with real-time sensor telemetry. The power-and-data coil is not just a component upgrade — it is a platform for the next generation of smart levitation products.
