Warranty   Policy
GLEAGLE attach great importance to product quality management and safety performance, from product design, manufacturing, to sales , All products bought from GLEAGLE are warranted, the following warranty terms are is valid for products buy from Gleagle or from merchants authorized by Gleagle since 2018:

This warranty applies to:
This warranty applies to: 
(i) Purchased within 1 year 
(ii) Defects in materials or workmanship 
(iii) Defects in System Device caused difficult to practical operating 
(iv) Non-human factors, such as misoperation, falling damage, abuse.                                                                                                                         
Non warranty terms:
(i) Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks, stains and dents; 
(ii) Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
(iii) Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water (in excess of specifications), flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; 
(iv) Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Gleagle; 
(v) Damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the prior written permission of Gleagle. Repairs have a ninety (90) day warranty. If the unit sent in is still under its original warranty, then the new warranty will be the longer of ninety (90) days or the balance of the original one year warranty. 
(vi) Products are not being damaged by any man-made factors.                                                                                                                                                                                                  
Service Contents:
If the defects can be replaced easily for clients, we will send new components for free (Non-core components). Beyond that defects need to return and we will repair or replace new components for Free. You must pack products in its original packaging include all accessories. Any Man-made damage or missing part will be charged; you also need assume all risk of loss or damage while in transit to us.                                                             

Freight compensation:
In the first year full warranty, any unartificial defect or damages can get a free replacement service and our company bear the shipping cost From China to your location (order Address). If the product need send back, your company only bear the shipping fee for return. You need to pay Return fee in advance. You can apply for freight compensation after defects is confirmed it is caused by product quality issue. But your side needs to pay all losses arising at the condition of Non-warranty Repairs terms 

And for the extensional 2 year warranty, your company need bear two-way shipping fees. We still offer FREE replacement or maintenance service.

When exceeding 3 years, We offer Lifetime maintenance service and charge a fee according to the actual condition. You need bear two-way shipping fees  

Return must be agreed, we refuse bear any damage for returns if disagreeing.

NOTE:
All warranty terms do not apply to secondary sales, Such as EBay, Amazon. We refuse to bear any damage for your secondary sales. You need to ask your customers send products back to you and test by you side. Submit us enough proofs, including High-definition pictures and videos if it is necessary. We will estimate it and offer relevant services.
