Yes. Any dish matching the specified weight and base size works. However, the dish must NOT be ferromagnetic or highly magnetic-conductive: no iron, steel, cast iron, or nickel alloys. We recommend ceramic, melamine, acrylic, glass, wood, or food-grade plastic. Custom OEM dishes available.
